FOR THE RECORD | A May 1 story about the beach alcohol ban incorrectly said the test ban, beginning June 1, will cover Mission Beach and Pacific Beach up to Crystal Pier. In fact, the ban will extend one block north of the pier to Felspar Street. The Union- Tribune regrets the error. (05/23/2001, B-2)
