SAN DIEGO — A 52-year-old man died Monday when he fell off his bicycle on a Pacific Beach thoroughfare and was run over by a tractor-trailer, authorities reported.
The accident occurred in the 1000 block of Garnet Avenue about 1:30 p.m., according to San Diego police.
