PACIFIC BEACH – Two men were stabbed in a fight outside an AM-PM on Grand Avenue early yesterday, police said.
One man was stabbed in the head and neck and the other was stabbed in the buttocks about 2 a.m., Sgt. Richard Nemetz said. Several people were involved in the fighting near Lamont Street. Gang detectives were investigating.
